Order Processing Times

All website orders submitted prior to 2pm are processed within the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders submitted via email or other methods may incur extra processing time, and therefore may be processed the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with tracking when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping: We offer $14.95 flat rate shipping within Australia for orders under $250. For orders over $250 we offer free domestic shipping. 

Our main domestic shipping network is via Toll Express, Toll can offer a next day* delivery to all capital cities and major regional centres across Australia, and up to 5 days for remote locations.^

*Toll next day delivery service is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

^Please note all shipping networks can incur unexpected delays due to weather, freight congestion, and other factors. These are outside of our control and Remote King cannot accept any responsibility for delivery times once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping to New Zealand: We offer a $50 plus calculated cost TBC for shipping to New Zealand. Once order has been measured and weighed we will confirm the extra shipping cost.

Local Warehouse Pickup

We can provide free local pickup from our Hallam, VIC location. Orders placed after 9am and prior to 2pm on business days can be organised for same-day pickup. Please contact our sales team to arrange pickup options and allow a minimum of 2 hours from the time of placing your order, for your order to be picked and processed. We will send an email once your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Our pickup hours are from 11am-4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Minimum order value of $50 applies to all orders including pick-up.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA 

At this time, we do not ship to other countries. 

Shipping charges for your order are TBC.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Remote King is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Remote King or from Toll which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please use your sales order number from your confirmation email (SO-) to check tracking via   

If tracking does not appear or you are having issues with your delivery, please contact us at with your company name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Toll is not able to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a business or residential address for delivery.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Standard Returns

We accept change of mind returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Special Order Item Returns

For special order items we are unable to accept change of mind or incorrectly ordered returns, and can only accept returns where items are faulty. Please note faulty item claims will be assessed upon return, and if fault cannot be verified we will provide the option to return the product to you, or accept your return with a re-stocking fee of 30% plus freight costs to be charged.

Please be aware of item returns policies when ordering garage and automotive items, and ensure that you have completed relevant research to ensure you are ordering the correct remote that is required and compatible.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your company name, order number and a photo of the box and the inner item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
